It has the most comprehensive and up to date listing and pictures of Ralph Heaton/Crystal Palace medal and tokens that I have found. It also includes a rarity scale and price guide (albeit from 2000).
You can order a copy from the Crystal Palace Foundation at a very reasonable price.
